Emergence IS the Needle Killer

Why some obstacles vanish when you climb one layer up.

A needle is a sharp local failure that looks unavoidable at the level where you first see it. Many obstruction arguments rest on one.

The paper studies one audited way needles stop being obstacles: move to a higher layer where more probes are allowed. Under stated bounds on the native side, the residual side and transport, the dissolving currency stays bounded across all accepted stages. So no predictive needle survives.

A second theorem is about mirrors. Under a self duality with a separating odd readout, if a sequence of bounds has trace going to zero, visible mass is pinned to the fixed points of the mirror.
