To Become a Stone with Six Birds: A Physics is A Theory
Every physics theory is a lens, a completion and an audit.

A physical theory is treated as a packaging operator: a lens that says what to keep, a completion that fills in the rest, and diagnostics that say whether the reduced description is self consistent.
Three certificates travel across domains: idempotence, a data processing inequality, and route mismatch.
Four instantiations: quantum dephasing, a kinetic BGK closure, filtered Burgers turbulence and nonlinear averaging. Under null conditions the defects are zero. Under interventions they separate cleanly, and the familiar subgrid and backreaction terms fall out as corrections.
